Rules and Regulation

Campus Discipline
Rules built on mutual respect

Rules and regulations at our institute provide students with guidelines of expected behaviour — teaching them to respect themselves and others. We practice a positive approach to discipline.

  1. Strictly obey instructions given by the Principal & Teachers from time to time.
  2. Carry your identity card at all times and produce it if asked by college authority.
  3. Be regular and punctual in classes & practicals. Submit assignments on time — late submission attracts disciplinary action.
  4. The college expects 100% attendance for theory & practical sessions. Attendance must not fall below 75% separately for theory and practicals.
  5. Students below 75% attendance in any theory/practical will not be permitted to appear for sessional or university exams.
  6. Attendance for all three sessionals (theory & practical) conducted by the college is compulsory.
  7. Ragging in any form within or outside the college and hostels is totally banned. Defaulters face summary expulsion.
  8. Poor internal evaluation in a subject may result in being barred from the University examination.
  9. Students found weak in certain subjects must attend notified extra classes to come at par with others.
  10. Read the notice board regularly — the college is not responsible for missed information.
  11. Smoking, chewing gum, gutkha or pan on the premises is strictly prohibited.
  12. Use of electronic communication devices (mobile phones, pagers) is strictly prohibited in college.
  13. Damage to college property is taken seriously and may result in cost recovery.
  14. Students are bound by rules framed from time to time — violations may lead to dismissal.
  15. Rules are subject to change at the discretion of the Principal, whose decision is final.
  16. The notice board and institutional website are the only authorized media of communication.
